Online men’s group · Canada
A men’s group you can join from wherever you are.
No chapter in your town? Shift work, a long drive, or kids asleep down the hall? Our online gathering is open to men anywhere in Canada. It’s free, it’s by video, and you never have to say a word until you’re ready.

What happens
The same four parts, every time
Online or in a room, every Connect'd Men gathering follows the same steady format, so you always know what’s coming.
-
Mindfulness
We start each gathering with a few minutes of mindfulness to help everyone settle in and be present.
-
Check-ins
Each man checks in with how he’s doing, in body and mind, without needing to explain or justify it.
-
Theme and deep dive
A theme guides the conversation, but you’re always free to explore what’s most present for you.
-
Check-outs
We close by sharing how we feel now, noticing any shifts, and each naming one thing we’re taking with us.
Why online works
Real connection, without the drive.
We know in person is best, but it isn’t always possible. Plenty of men live where there’s no group to walk into: rural towns, camp rotations, small cities where everyone knows your truck. Others just can’t get out on a weeknight. Meeting by video takes those reasons away, and the honesty is the same.
You’ll see the same men from week to week. That’s how trust builds, and how friendships start.
Questions about the online group
Who can join the online group?
Any man in Canada who wants a place to talk honestly and listen. You don’t need to live near one of our chapters.
What do I need?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone, and somewhere you can talk without being overheard. The link to join appears once you register for a date.
Do I have to talk?
No. You’re welcome to sit and listen for as long as you like. Many men do at first.
Does it cost anything?
No. Gatherings are free, and so is creating an account.
Is it the same as an in-person gathering?
It follows the same format: a few minutes to arrive, a check-in, a conversation around a theme, and a check-out. The same group agreements apply, including confidentiality.
Is it therapy?
No. It’s a peer community, with a facilitator holding the space. It isn’t a clinical service.
