This is where it all started. Mike has since moved to another town, and there isn’t an in-person Connect'd Men gathering in Edmonton right now. There is a place to start this week: our online gathering, where men from across Alberta and BC meet to slow down, talk honestly and listen.
Men in Edmonton
Edmonton is a big city to feel alone in. Plenty of men here work long shifts, commute across the river and back, and come home with nothing left for anyone, including themselves. Most have people around them. Fewer have a place where they can say how they’re really doing.
Our online gathering gives you that place without a drive across town. You join from home or the truck, with the same format every in-person chapter uses: a few minutes to arrive, a check-in, a conversation around a theme, and a check-out.
It’s free, there’s no pressure to talk, and no one has to have it figured out.

We start each gathering with a few minutes of mindfulness to help everyone settle in and be present.

A theme guides the conversation, but you’re always free to explore what’s most present for you.

We close by sharing how we feel now, noticing any shifts, and each naming one thing we’re taking with us.

A gathering in Edmonton
It starts with one man.
Every Connect'd Men chapter began with someone who wanted this in his own town. You don’t need to be an expert. Facilitators get training, a library of themes, and the tools to invite men and take RSVPs. Three or four men around a table is a gathering.
