  • Check-ins<\/strong>: Each man is invited to check in with his physical and emotional state, sharing how he feels in the moment\u2014without needing to explain or justify.<\/li>
  • Themes and Deep Dives<\/strong>: Weekly themes guide our discussions, but you\u2019re always free to explore what\u2019s most present for you.<\/li>
